Treatment Options

We all have five bodies: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. When you bring your five bodies together so they can breathe as one, you will experience balance, allowing you to become present and feel true freedom. Healing your nervous system will allow you to live life free of trauma responses: fight, flight, and freeze. Below are some of the healing treatments we use.

  • Craniosacral Therapy is a clothed modality using various forms of touch to examine and identify blocks and stored trauma in the body. CST is designed to work in the nervous system. This therapy can decrease dissociation and CPTSD/ PTSD symptoms, and increase prefrontal cortex function by releasing blocks and creating energy flow. When the nervous system is functioning properly the other systems in the body can as well.

  • Polarity Therapy is a clothed modality using various forms of touch. While invigorating energy centers in the body and working on elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether creating balance and flow in your system treating a wide variety of issues.

  • Sound healing has been found to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. The soothing and harmonizing effects of sound vibrations can help calm the mind, promote emotional balance, and enhance overall mental well-being.

  • Yoga Therapy: appropriate for all levels, is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing. You will identify holding patterns and through poses, release what is blocked.

  • Guided Imagery is a form of focused relaxation that helps create harmony in the 5 bodies. It is a way of focusing your imagination to allow calming and peaceful images in your mind to heal the subconscious.

  • Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and flow in your body. 

  • Yoga Nidra combines a body scan with breath awareness and adds a visual and sense component. It is often called yogic sleep because it induces states that are between being awake and being asleep, resulting in deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Breathwork includes breathing techniques that involve consciously controlling your breathing allowing release of stuck energy and trauma.

  • Auriculotherapy, a form of acupuncture, is applied to the external ear. The ear is stimulated to alleviate pathological conditions in other parts of the body.

One-on-one Sessions

Work with me directly as we explore your needs using holistic techniques. These personal sessions allow you an individualized experience to communicate openly and understand yourself and how trauma is still affecting your life. Sessions are 90 minutes, and include bodywork. During all bodywork, you will be fully clothed.

Holistic Intensives

Along with my partners, I offer a variety of modalities that work in harmony for your healing. My Holistic Intensives provide at minimum, 2-weeks of multiple, one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs. Your treatment can include Craniosacral, Polarity, Massage, Hypnotherapy, Auriculotherapy, Sound healing, Yoga therapy, Breathwork, and Reiki. Other modalities can be considered as well.

Groups and Education

I lead and facilitate groups for clients to find a place to connect and share their healing experiences.

The Education Series includes Inner Child, Trauma and the 12-Steps, Chakra Development, Codependency, and Trauma Responses. I also hold many workshops throughout the year on various topics. My curriculum will teach you why you think, feel, and react the way you do. Your understanding of brain development in childhood and complex PTSD will allow you to recognize your current patterns, discover the layers of your reactions, and learn about who you really are.
